All of you are aware of the terrorist attack that took place in Texas a week ago. While the Federal Government claims they have provided us with the best Homeland Defense possible, the weaknesses shown prior to this attack rival those of the pre-911 events. Hassan raised red flags on multiple occasions. We have learned that both the military and the FBI dropped their investigations of him, clearing him of being a threat to the US. Can you imagine clearing a man that is on record for contacting known terrorists and making statements indicating his belief that radical Islam has the right to kill Americans? Government Homeland Defense is designed for two things, to eliminate individual rights guaranteed by the US Constitution (check into the Patriot Act), and to protect the elite that really control our Nation.
Let’s remember to pray for all of those impacted by this tragedy. Those which have lost family members need to know we are with them. Those wounded need to know we will insist on them receiving only the best of treatment. These heroes suffered a terrorist attack no less than those injured and killed on the declared battlefields in the Middle East.
The only homeland defense we have is that which we provide for ourselves by actively taking advantage of the 2nd Amendment. Had our servicemen at Ft. Hood, who have received extensive training in the handling of firearms, been allowed to carry, this attack would have been stopped far short of the number of lives lost and injuries that occurred.
Will another large scale attack take place within our borders? It is highly possible. Just 2 years ago, in a 5 week period, 500 individuals from countries in the Middle East, that wish our demise were smuggled across our southern border at a cost of $22,000 each. I spoke with a member of ICE last year and was told that 20% of those crossing our southern border were from Asia (remember much of Asia are members of Jihadist groups). These individuals are ages 18 to 35 and are paying $60,000 to be smuggled in.
Our open borders are playing right into the hands of our enemies. Now our Administration has decided we should make it easier on our enemies by having the taxpayer pay 20.3 billion in order to move members of Hamas into America, providing them with housing and a means of support.
I am told there are 2500 known members of Hezbollah in Texas alone. There are 34 documented Jihadists Training Camps in America, including one reported to be just outside of Houston.
With this knowledge, we should never be surprised when we are attacked. We do have an option that will improve our National Security. Elect true Conservatives to Congress that study our enemy and understand the mindset of these radicals and are not afraid to insist we act upon this knowledge. Political Correctness has placed all of our security in jeopardy.
