In the early evening of November 21, 2011, a real American Patriot, Stan Smith, left this world to be with his Savior and the love of his life that went before him a number of years ago.
Stan was deeply involved in Conservative Politics, not for the sake of politics, but for the sake of his Savior. While giving a presentation on God and Country, Stan drew his last breath and entered into eternity. He will never feel weakness, loneliness, or the frustration he often felt with the direction our national leadership has taken us. He will experience the full peace that he so richly deserves for eternity as he basks in the love of his Savior and reunites with his loved ones that have gone before him.
We mourn for us, but not for him. What a blessing it was to learn from him and to just try to absorb his wealth of knowledge concerning our history and God's Word.
He will be missed but will never be forgotten.
Arrangements have been made for our dear Friend and Brother.
Stan's remains will be laid to rest at Rosewood Cemetery in Humble on Tuesday, Nov 29 at 2:00 pm.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, Nov 28.
